What to Expect - Boot Camp for the Mind and Body
THIS Day in Your Life will bring together the strength of the mind and body and how they work in harmony. The Coaches will help you to look at your world around you and what you put into that world and perhaps why. The Teachers will help you to understand how much the mind helps to improve our movement. The Creative Team will explore the unexpected in you. During lunch we will explore a different way of eating.
It includes sessions of Movement not only of Pilates but other techniques and your start to the day could border on boot camp! The workshops on Mindfulness Techniques, Life Coaching, Body Confidence Coaching and Exploring your Creativity through different mediums, such as art or music, may inspire you to look differently at the Next Day in Your Life. Some of these things may not be for you but perhaps may help you to look in a different way at some of life’s challenges and its gifts.
